Where can I currently purchase holiday homes?

Utilisation of your holiday home

There are various ways of utilisation, depending a lot on the judicial basic conditions - official proceedings of the property and/or the resort.

TOURISM AND AREA OF RECREATION:
Touristic utilisation is obligatory (renting). ALPS RESORTS supervises the management of your holiday home - and of course you may also spend your private holidays there. As a commercial landlord you will get reimbursed the value added tax of the purchase price!

SECOND HOME - OFFICIAL PROCEEDING:
Here you are completely free to use your property. You can only use your holiday property privately or rent it out commercially.
