The apartment facility lies at the foot of the 1909 meters-high Gerlitzen. The valley station for the family ski area is only 150 meters from your holiday apartment. In summer, you are just a few minutes’ walk from lake Ossiach. The city of Villach – famous for events such as Villacher Fasching and the Villacher Kirchtag – is 9 kilometers from here.

All apartments at Alpe Maritima are fully equipped, bright and provide you with every comfort, including coffeemaker, dishwasher, HD-TV as well as free WiFi. In the kitchens of our self-catering apartments, you will find complete cooking utensils, cutlery, a stove with Ceran range and oven as well as a refrigerator/freezer. Holidays between mountains and lake
The Ossiacher See lies at your feet, while the Gerlitzen rises behind the ALPS RESORTS apartment complex 1909 meters into the sky. For a leisurely stroll through the city, Villach is roughly 9 kilometers away. Tarvisio in Italy is barely a 30-minute drive, while Bled in Slovenia is only 50 km from here. Carinthia, Austria’s southernmost province, is famous for its mild climate and beautiful lakes. The most famous of these lakes is probably Wörthersee (with a well-known castle), while cosmopolitan Velden lies roughly 15 minutes from Alpe Maritima Ossiacher See.
In summer, the Nockberge, the Dobratsch (Villach’s most striking local mountain), the Carnic Alps and the Julian Alps attract countless hikers and mountaineers to Carinthia. Meanwhile, the Ossiacher See, with water temperatures climbing in summer to more than 26° C, provides a pleasant place to while away the day: perhaps stretched out on the beach or engaged in sporting activities such as wind- or kite surfing, sailing, stand-up paddling or boating. Always a special highlight: a tandem paragliding flight off the Gerlitzen.
Carinthia is also a rewarding holiday destination in winter. The valley station for the Gerlitzen family ski area is just 150 meters from your apartment. Meaning that the 45 km of groomed pistes that make up this Carinthian ski area are essentially just a stone’s throw away.
